Quick Tips

by

Canadians use the internet more than anyone else in the world. Checking your internet usage is as easy as signing into your My Rogers account. Here’s how:

1. Visit rogers.com and sign into your My Rogers account. (If you don’t already have an account, create one now; it’s free and easy.)
2. Click the Account Info tab.
3. Click the Products & Services tab and then choose Internet. From here you can view your current usage as well as usage details, daily usage and month-over-month usage history.

TIP: Download the My Account app for your Android, iOS, BlackBerry or Windows Phone device (from Google Play, Apple App Store, BlackBerry World). It’s free to download and gives you anywhere access to your account. Pay bills, view your wireless usage (currently cannot view your internet usage with the app,) browse services and more.

Roger’s usage page is great and really handy that they can break it down per day. Can they go a step further and break it by MAC address so I know how much each device in my house is using?

I have tried many times to determine my daily internet usage but the link for usage details always bumps back to the account registration page. I have even deleted my online registration and started it all over again with no resolution. Help??!!

I cannot monitor my internet usage since I live in a high rise condo and we have a "bulk" rate (forTV only). This information is per Rogers CSRs. Frustrating! When will Rogers fix this simple accounting problem? Bell is so on top of allowing monitoring of usage.

Hi Andrew, I’m afraid it wouldn’t be possible at this time. This said, here’s a link to Rogers Idea Box: communityforums.rogers.com/t5/community/categorypage/category-id/Ideas Most voted ideas are reviewed internally.

Hi Andrew, this service isn’t offered at this time for bulk accounts but I’ll share your feedback internally.

The only time that I was successful finding my internet usage history was when I telephoned Rogers and had one of the reps lead me by the hand. All other roads seem to lead nowhere.

I have gone over my usage four times but have only been notified twice. (No, I do not have others at home or another email.)

It is evident that there are changes that have to be made by you if you really want people to be able to to track their usage.

I followed your instructions as to how much internet use I have on my account account but no where do yur instructions lead me to that info.
The feature "My Internet" does not have those figures.
Where am I going wrong?

Thank you
