How-To Check Wireless and Internet Usage

Online With My Rogers:
- Log into your My Rogers account and click Account Info, which will bring you to the Overview tab.
- Internet: Under Hi-Speed Internet, you’ll see a summary of your monthly usage.
- Wireless: Under Wireless, view usage by clicking the tabs such as Data or Voice.
- For all: Click Usage Details found at the bottom of the page.
On your smartphone with My Account App:
- Launch the Rogers My Account App
- Select Usage
- Select the Voice, Data or messaging tab to check the amount used or remaining.
Check Your Account Balance

Online With My Rogers:
- Log into My Rogers.
- Select Account Info.
- Under the Overview tab your account balance will be displayed under Bill Information.
On your smartphone with My Account App:
- Launch the Rogers My Account app.
- Select Balance.
Change Your Contact Info

- Log into My Rogers at rogers.com
- Select the account you want to update, then click Change
- Fill out the form. Then click Update.

- Download the FREE My Account app from your device’s app store.
- Once installed, launch the app and it’ll automatically access your secure info to get you set up.
