How-To Check Wireless and Internet Usage

Online With My Rogers:

  1. Log into your My Rogers account and click Account Info, which will bring you to the Overview tab.
  2. Internet: Under Hi-Speed Internet, you’ll see a summary of your monthly usage.
  3. Wireless: Under Wireless, view usage by clicking the tabs such as Data or Voice.
  4. For all: Click Usage Details found at the bottom of the page.

On your smartphone with My Account App:

  1. Launch the Rogers My Account App
  2. Select Usage
  3. Select the Voice, Data or messaging tab to check the amount used or remaining.

Check Your Account Balance

Online With My Rogers:

  1. Log into My Rogers.
  2. Select Account Info.
  3. Under the Overview tab your account balance will be displayed under Bill Information.

On your smartphone with My Account App:

  1. Launch the Rogers My Account app.
  2. Select Balance.

Change Your Contact Info

  1. Log into My Rogers at rogers.com
  2. Select the account you want to update, then click Change
  3. Fill out the form. Then click Update.

On Your Smartphone: My Account App

  1. Download the FREE My Account app from your device’s app store.
  2. Once installed, launch the app and it’ll automatically access your secure info to get you set up.
